Future specialist introductions
The current prototype does not send introductions. If introductions are activated later, a specialist remains responsible for its own evaluation, terms, licenses, services, fees, and decisions. SellingCollectibles does not guarantee acceptance, value, timing, sale, payment, or outcome. Any potential referral compensation must be disclosed before an introduction.
Firearms and regulated items
SellingCollectibles does not list, broker, arrange, or advise on private firearm transfers. Do not submit serial numbers. Classification, possession, storage, transport, shipping, and transfer requirements can depend on federal, state, and local law; use an appropriately licensed business or qualified professional.
No guarantee
Information may become outdated and is provided without a guarantee of completeness or fitness for a particular transaction. Verify time-sensitive facts and obtain written terms from any destination.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, scrape personal information, or attempt a regulated transaction.

These terms may be updated as the service moves from validation to production. The effective date will be revised when material changes occur.
